Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping is calculated by customer's location if you want this item shipped to your location you would have to purchase this item through VicTorious DesiGns eBay store to locate the sister store go to the home page and click the tab that says eBay. 

This is for if you are eligible for a refund: shipping you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Also available for local pick up. VicTorious DesiGns also accepts other banking mobile app virtual cards or physical cards as well so ask to see if the owner can let you do a transfer.

Payments can be made through Paypal Venmo, Chime, Varo, Albert, Current, Square, Oxygen, Cash App, Ando, Mos, Step, Envel, Douugh, Bridge Card, MyBambu, G02bank, Lili only if these cards offer transfer to transfer. This item is available for local pick up or drop off. The owner will ONLY meet you in a secure public place or area. Keep in mind this is an online business so the owner will have to meet you in order to drop off or pick up items which will be done by a public meet-up spot.  

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.Returned items must have tags still on if applicable and be returned in original product packaging.
